EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Once the product is delivered, we accept the exchange of products within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Accepted only in case there is a significant difference in the products ordered from the product delivered like the wrong color, damaged, or size-related issues.
3. While returning where the Product and the Packaging should be in their original condition (should be unused, unaltered, free from stains, unwashed) only with these conditions refund will be processed.
4. we don’t have a provision to pick up the delivered products back. So kindly send it back to the below address (DTDC/Professional couriers preferred) and send us details to sales@myli.co.in within a max of 3 days.

REFUND POLICY
All the products at www.myli.co.in are not eligible for refunds.
Refund can be processed only if there is production mistake or damage in product.
DELIVERY DETAILS
DOMESTIC
1. Shipping within Tamil Nadu is INR 100 and for Other states is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought.
2. Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at sales@myli.co.in within 3 hours of placing the order.
4. Please note that Couriers are third-party services and we don’t have full control over them. If you didn’t receive the product within the below-mentioned timeline, kindly contact us.
5. Within Tamil Nadu, it usually takes 2-4 business days to deliver.
For other States, it usually takes 3-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
1. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.
2. Our delivery partner is DHL.
