EXCHANGE POLICY
1.Once the product is delivered, we accept the exchange of products only with the tag, within 3 days from the date of delivery
2. Accepted only in case there is a significant difference in the products ordered from the product delivered like the wrong color, damaged or size-related issues
3.while returning where the Product and the Packaging should be in its original condition,(should be unused, unaltered, free from stains, unwashed and tag shouldn't be removed) only with these conditions exchange will be processed.
4. we don’t have a provision to pick up the delivered products back. So kindly send it back to the below address (DTDC/Professional couriers preferred) and send us details to mayilibynandhini@gmail.com within max of 3 days.
